Steps to Reproduce

  1. I don't know how it happened
  2. it just says wrong stuff in the run history page

Explanation

I finished the mission with Impact axe, but it says I finished with sticky grenade. Also the names of me and my friend are "Facility" and it says both of us were playing guardian (which we were not).
