Upgrade Button Fails to Trigger Negotiation Screen After Depositing Artifact Core

Steps to Reproduce

1. deposited a sentinel core
2. watched the processing animation
3. held the button for upgrades
4. nothing happened

Explanation

This bug occured after depositing an artifact core. After pressing the button on the drone to upgrade, the bar came up at the top of the screen like usual, but then the negotiation screen did not appear. this continued after depositing expenite multiple times and after advancing to the next level of the facility. Ellis would play the processing animation of the artifact core each time she landed and make the button reappear, but after pressing the button, it dissapeared until ellis flew away and landed again. (i have never downloaded any mods or anything for rogue core)
