Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate and land on upgrade negotiation just as you transition to elevator cut scene
2. Finish upgrade negotiation
3. Observe how the game is hard-locked in red elevator tunnel cut scene, the user cant do anything to proceed but alt + f4 or wait for host to do the same.

Explanation

Triggering upgrade negotiation as you get elevator cut scene causes animation glitch and hard-lock game end.

One of my team members issued the upgrade action on Ellis as we entered elevator, and the upgrade screen appeared on the traveling to new level screen, the upgrade animations were broken, see video, once we had finished upgrading, we were stuck on the red elevator tunnel screen frozen, until host closed session..
