Steps to Reproduce

1. Identify the artifact
2. Obtain the artifact
3. Equip the artifact
4. Check the artifact's bonus crit rate
5. Verify that the bonus crit rate is over 600%

Explanation

crit increase artifact seems to have a maximum amount of crit rate it gives
yes tested with mods to get enough upgrades to properly test
