Reconnect System Fails After Disconnection

Steps to Reproduce

1. Get bad internet (might not be required but it's part of my troubles)
2. Get disconnected because of it
3. There might be a secret condition such as rejoining during the elevator loading sequence
4. Attempt to reconnect

Explanation

Attempting to reconnect keeps sending me to the ramrod. A little while ago I got a new router, and it tends to have issues. As such, I've often been having technical issues, to the point where I've been disconected a bunch. And while RC has a system to help reconnet to servers, it doesn't seem to work properly, instead sending me to the Ramrod with the only indication that I was in a mission being "mission in progress" text above the console. While I've had more success with having my friend send a new invite, it doesn't work whenever he reaches the gatekeeper, and the system feels pretty insulting as long as it doesn't work.
