Steps to Reproduce

1. Achieving a level of crits above gold crits (done here with rampage and split bugs alteration) appears to fail to proc critical strike
2. Beyond grey crits the damage boost and crit chance appear to reset back to base + red crits

Explanation

Overcrit buffs appear to reset after around 800% crit chance
