Steps to Reproduce

1. Boss and sphere were close to a large wall
2. Cavern in general was very disjointed
3. Map showed no real cavern near where the red line went

Explanation

Final Boss - Pieces of the sphere spawned/ inside a mountain side or out of the cave. no way to get to it or dig to it due to the way the boss works (spawns stuff out of the ground you cant avoid while trying to dig through a major wall to an unknown place.
