Steps to Reproduce

1. Why on earth do those ice plants that explode and freeze and slow you do damage when exploded?
2. Is that a thing and if yes, since when?
3. In DRG they only slow you and freeze you a percentage. They don't do damage.
4. While in this game they do, and they do a lot of damage.
