Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a UI
2. Verify new enemies spawn
3. Ensure the UI does not freeze again after the initial load
4. Confirm that the issue resets loaded assets
5. Check that the issue persists on a fresh launch of the game

Game freezes a lot for 5-20 seconds when loading things
