We are stuck

Explanation

We were fighting against the Molaktula gatekeeper. When we entered the last and final core stone phase, we had to look for the core stone pieces. Unfortunately, one of them appeared to have disappeared. I'm 100% sure that we threw all of them into the rift. When we noticed that the boss wasn't switching out of the core phase, we searched far and wide for about 10 minutes, but couldn't find the missing piece. So we ended up stuck.
A friend of mine was streaming the game, the replay is here with the timecode : https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2888264562?t=3h5m38s
