Steps to Reproduce

  1. Heavily used retcon
  2. Lost connection for a moment
  3. Did not actually leave the server

Explanation

Timer broke for an unknown reason, claimed it was only a quarter full while starting a wave set for 3/4 of the timer, and started the end of timer hazard before it was full.
