Steps to Reproduce

1. While in the reclaimer handbook, the background was shaking the whole time.
2. Explored the handbook all the way, clicked and checked out basically all tabs.
3. After closing the handbook, the screen was still blurry, shaking, no HUD elements were present.
4. Couldn't even open the esc menu and had to alt tab to shut the game down.

Explanation

The screen is blury, shaking and the game becomes unplayable. Can't even open the esc menu.
