Steps to Reproduce

1. Two Workbench Floor
2. Use Workbench 1 to reveal toolbox
3. Toolbox placed on Workbench 2
4. Workbench 1 which has no tool box on it cannot be used to find the remaining missing toolbox
5. Workbench 2 which has a toolbox on it and has been used cannot be used to find the remaining missing toolbox
6. Workbench 1 is unusable unless someone happens to stumble upon the final missing toolbox by looking around with their flares

Explanation

Two workbench floor - one workbench is made unusable and broken by placing a located toolbox on the wrong workbench
