Steps to Reproduce

1. Level 4 difficulty, Cautious pace, 4-level deep Jumble in D-03 in Fungus Bogs
2. Boss fight with Molaktula

Explanation

During the final fight with Moloktula there, the 3rd phase of trying to find the shards of the gatestone, the final gatestone was embedded somewhere deep in the ceiling and completely inaccessible to either character (no nearby ledge, we couldn't even tell how far it was into the ceiling). Also, Moloktula was standing directly below it so even if we could somehow have ziplined straight vertically to the ceiling and tried to dig, it was impossible because the boss was preventing even that from happening.
