Steps to Reproduce

1. depth 3 mission in hollow bough
2. no expenite veins, expenite drops from enemies
3. reaper worms spawn before bossfight
4. a lot of hostiles spawn and FPS drops
5. about to drop last shard fragment into the breach
6. reaper worm grabs me, I see the fragment fall in
7. nothing happens
8. I try to find the fragment, can't
9. I get kicked out of map bounds but keep taking damage
10. mission failed

Explanation

The crystal fragment on depth 3 gate guardian fell in the breach but didn't register and softlocked mission.
