Explanation

During Molaktula boss fight in the gatestone throwing phase, one gatestone shard barrier (the "???") spawned inside a very tight spot of the terrain that required us to dig through. Since neither me nor my buddy had power drills, it took a while to get there while corespawn were slowly ripping us apart from our armor.

Could be related to level's generation, specifically if cave complexity is on level 3.
