Steps to Reproduce

1. Open cosmetic crate
2. Get almost entirely paintjobs for several weeks
3. Open cosmetic crate
4. "Empty" despite not having all the helmets and other customization options

Explanation

Cosmetic crates report that I've collected all the cosmetics and don't reward me with anything despite me not having all the cosmetics
