Steps to Reproduce
- Press buttons in the cockpit many times in a row
- Trigger a chance to play the 'annoyed' voice line from OMEGA
- Once the voice line triggers, it will trigger OMEGA's 'annoyed' voice line for each button press
- The queue will be processed, playing a voice line for every instance
- Note: this also queues up triggering events for blocking MOP-C with the same behavior
