Steps to Reproduce

1. Take perk Ticking Bomb & Double Up
2. Get hit
3. Roll the 25% chance to explode from Double Up, if hit, explode and die :(

Explanation

Ticking bomb with Double Up seems to be killing the user.
Our retcon would multiple times blow up and instantly die no matter if she had 20%, half hp or near full.
