Steps to Reproduce

  1. Doing a solo run on danger rating 2
  2. Hid behind a small piece of decoration
  3. Hit by boss's charged attack [the ball that explodes]
  4. Died to blast
  5. Flung up onto a ledge
  6. Boss despawned after Cooper rezed me
  7. All enemies despawned
  8. No enemies spawned after rez
