Inconsistent Effect of +35% Magazine Size Perk on Drak Plasma vs. Minigun

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a dark plasma assault rifle.
2. Take the +35% magazine size perk.
3. Repeat process but with the minigun.
4. Rock and stone

Explanation

The common tier perk that gives +35% magazine size (the name i do not remember off the top of my head) has two separate interactions that I believe is a bug. When using the Drak plasma, it has no effect, adding neither to the "magazine" nor the total ammo, seeing as they're the same.

However, at the same time it does have an effect when using the minigun, in which it does in fact give +35% ammo effectively. So either the perk works correctly and the minigun interaction is bugged, or the perk doesn't work as intended for the drak plasma.
