Steps to Reproduce

1. Play in Glacia Strata, or encounter any content that can result in a player being frozen.
2. Attempt to get them unfrozen by using the pickaxe on them.
3. Note that instead of being unfrozen, the dwarf instead takes friendly fire damage and dies.

Explanation

Meleeing a frozen teammate instead counts as friendly fire and hurts them, rather than getting them out of the frozen state like in DRG.
