Steps to Reproduce

  1. Spawn the boss
  2. Come very close to destroying a shield segment
  3. Destroy a segment as the boss knocks you down

Explanation

Getting knocked down by the boss as you destroy one of the boss shield segments causes it to be teleported to the entrance elevator (or somewhere nearby)
