- No idea if this could be repeated
- it's world generation
Explanation
When playing a solo mission in facility 1 the 2nd map landed me on top of the sled rock breaker event. The elevator was literally in the middle of the sled tracks. The hammer sled tried to progress the event and pushed it through the elevator object, but it got stuck because I could not get close to it
