Steps to Reproduce

1. By completing missions, you can gather a total of 100 perk points.
2. If you continue completing missions, the summary screen will show the points accumulating, but not actually awarded.

Explanation

Perk Upgrade Points Critical Bug Once the perk upgrade points accumulate to 100, players are unable to earn any more points. The mission summary screen shows the perk points accumulating, but unfortunately, they are not actually awarded. This prevents players from properly unlocking the fourth page of perks.
