Steps to Reproduce

1. I was playing a Solo Depth 4 Length 4 run.

Explanation

I have experienced doubled-up swarms twice, but this time I recorded it and am thus reporting it.

It seems that sometimes it mistakenly slots in two swarms in the same location, but it looks like a normal, single swarm at first glance.
