Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a mission with the jumbled modifier
2. Get a lot of upgrade choices on the same floor
3. Look for any instances of the same weapon
4. See if the weapon has the exact same modifiers

Explanation

Jumbled modifier weapon modifier RNG gives the same modifiers if the same gun is selected twice on one floor. (I had just picked up the same weapon on the previous choice).
