Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch the game
  2. Pin the game to the windows taskbar
  3. Ensure the primary save has some noticeable progress (such as a player level)
  4. Close the game
  5. Launch the game from the taskbar pin (NOT through the Steam library menu)
  6. The save loaded on this launch will not be the primary one with progress

Explanation

Launching the game from taskbar pin (in Windows 11) does not load the player save properly. It doesn't appear to make a brand new game save, as Omega doesn't do his starting speech, but no player progress is present.
