Steps to Reproduce

1. Have enhancements, and ensure the other players also do.
2. Get an upgrade or item.
3. Note that on the upgrade screen, the enhancements of other players are not visible.

Explanation

Loadout screen during upgrade/item selection does not properly show the enhancements of other players.
