Explanation

+1 penetration upgrade on boomstick has the effect of reducing the spread P.S. actually it's probably because of standing still upgrade, sorry i'm blind. but it still works quite strangely. this upgrade only worked after I upgraded my weapon, and it never stopped working again(?)
