Drop Pod Landing Blocked by Indestructible Object

Steps to Reproduce

1. Defeat the boss
2. Have drop pod spawn and land
3. Landing location is next to/inside indestructible object
4. Dwarves cannot break object obstructing object and thus cannot enter the drop pod, softlocking them into a loss (unless they are lucky enough to squeeze into the drop pod as it takes off once the timer ends).

Explanation

Drop pod landing location does not consider indestructible objects in the environment, which can cause the opening of the drop pod to be blocked.
