Steps to Reproduce

1. Look at the Marksman enhancement.
2. Look at the Marksman enhancement.

Explanation

Marksman 3 gives 25% damage and costs 5 instead of 3 like the rest of the tier 3 enhancements. Marksman 4 gives 50% damage and costs 4 like the rest of the tier 4 enhancements.
