Invisible Grenade Box in Tutorial with Active Collision

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the tutorial (this was my first time on this save)
2. Approach where the grenade crate should be and note the on-screen text
3. The collision for the grenade crate is still active and can be bumped into

Explanation

The Start-of-run Grenade Box is invisible yet still has an interact text when you get close to it and look at it in the tutorial.

Running the game through Crossover (latest version) on an M1 Macbook Pro.
