Breach Cutter Upgrade Override Bug

Steps to Reproduce

1. Obtain a breach cutter without 'Return to Sender' from a weapon crate
2. At a different weapon crate, have a teammate take a breach cutter that has 'Return to Sender'
3. Fire your weapon and note how it suddenly has the upgrade for some reason
4. Notice also how your breach cutter suddenly now also has 'Return to Sender' in its weapon description

Explanation

If you have a breach cutter without the "Return to Sender" upgrade and another dwarf equips a different breach cutter that does have the upgrade, your breach cutter is erroneously given that upgrade as well for the rest of the run.

This happened (I think) because we had a run with two weapon crates. On the first crate, I took a breach cutter without the upgrade. On the second, someone else took a different breach cutter that had that upgrade, which somehow made mine suddenly have the upgrade too. This bug might apply to other weapons, but this is the first time I've had it happen.

I can't think of any other causes for why this might have happened. I know that I definitely did not get the upgrade at a workbench.

The attached screenshot is of my teammates breach cutter that he got which caused the bug.
