Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open character selection
  2. See slow mouse speed
  3. Make mouse sensitivity higher
  4. Open character selection again and see that nothing changed

Explanation

Mouse sensivity in menu, settings or character selection is too low and you can't control it via settings
