Steps to Reproduce

1. Promote Guardian class
2. Select Mixed Tactics biobooster deck (requires one promotion to switch decks)
3. Acquire Synergy biobooster
4. Spam Concussive Barrage

Explanation

Infinite Concussive Barrage (Guardian)

Allows player to spam Concussive Barrage infinitely, simplifying gameplay and possibly affecting other players' game performance (possibly lag-inducing). Seems to be caused by an interaction with Synergy biobooster (5% ability charge on hitting enemy with weapon).

The bug seems to be from Concussive Barrage activating Synergy on ANY hit, including terrain. Also observed was Guardian's ability charges fully depleting after spamming. This was irregular and I don't know how to recreate it.
