Steps to Reproduce
- Start the Gatekeeper battle in Solo Mode.
- Get to phase 2.
- Die.
Explanation
Received Facility Lost/Game Over after dying once during Gatekeeper fight in Solo mode. Cooper had three revives left and was on the way to revive me. Was in phase 2 of fight.
