Steps to Reproduce

1. Be near the bar
2. Look up through the'sunroof'
3. Witness what looks like a circle attachment atop of the ramrod
4. Notice it resembles a Christmas ornament

Explanation

When bartender omega isnt actively using his arms/using them in some specific animations. They stick through the roof of the ramrod.
