Steps to Reproduce

  1. Be on a two person team.
  2. Have Falconer pick the artifact that revives you when the team is down.
  3. Go down
  4. Do not get back up.

Explanation

Teammate on Falconer picked the artifact that revives you when you go down once and nobody else on the team is up. They did not get back up when they were downed.
