Steps to Reproduce

1. Join lobby of another player
2. Acquire DRAK-25 Plasma Carbine
3. Acquire Oozing Arsenal upgrade
4. Get reduced overheat duration mod for DRAK to combo with Oozing Arsenal
5. Allow DRAK to overheat with corespawn Creeper directly in front
6. Observe lack of visual feedback of Oozing Arsenal triggering and no level of poison status on the corespawn

Explanation

Oozing Arsenal does not seem to work with overheating the DRAK Plasma Carbine.
In one of my recent runs (playing as a client with randoms) was using the DRAK and picked up Oozing Arsenal which I tried to later combo with a reduced overheat duration mod on the DRAK.
After getting the mod and upgrade I tried testing them out together and noticed that nothing seemed to happen when overheating the DRAK. There was no feedback of the upgrade activating on overheat and corespawn even directly infront of my face showed no signs of receiving any amount of poison status.
