Steps to Reproduce

  1. Play a mission with this seed
  2. No workbench appears on the final stage of the mission

Explanation

Unless I am being very dumb, I don't think a workbench spawned on the final stage of this mission. We scanned, & the bio booster appeared, but we couldn't see the Workbench on the terrain scanner.
