Unexpected Damage from Boss When Picking Up Core Stone

Steps to Reproduce

1. when the boss goes invuln
2. i keep distance for the knockback
3. sometimes the knockback send you flying other times it does very little
4. pick up the core stone to throw it back in the breach
5. makes me immediately throw the stone even though i try to charge it
6. take TONS of damage out of nowhere and inevitably lose the run

Explanation

I don't remember the name but the 4 legged ranged boss just downs you every time you pick up the stone to throw it in the breach.

I'll just pick it up and immediately take tons of damage and go down out of nowhere. Not sure if there's some move it does that it isn't telegraphing but it's happened multiple times.
