Steps to Reproduce

1. Got grabbed by the tentacle, and was downed by it
2. Got revived then ran into the elevator
3. Got randomly downed again after the elevator went down
4. Ended up undead on the next floor in the elevator

Explanation

Became an undead dwarf again
