Steps to Reproduce

1. Finish the tutorial
2. Observe the audio issue with the character voice
3. Verify that no other sounds seem to be quieter and can be adjusted

Explanation

The audio for the caharacter's voice gets really quiet on the ramrod after finishing the tutorial, can't be adjusted via settings options.
