Fast Flashing Ammo Indicator and Broken Elevator Platforms

Steps to Reproduce

1. Shot some of the bullets and pressed ESC.
2. Accidentally hit the concrete elevator platform with a pickaxe.

Explanation

1. If you run out of ammo, namely if you press ESC, then instead of the DRG illumination of the amount of ammunition either going out completely or blinking slowly, here it flashes too fast, maybe it's not a bug, but it doesn't look very good.
2. The elevator platforms may be broken, I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it's better to let us know.
