Steps to Reproduce

1. Enter a facility that has a generator to maintain during the elevator sequence
2. Complete the elevator sequence but do not get in the elevator right away
3. Observe the generator fail while the elevator has already arrived

Explanation

Elevator Maintenance Tasks (and possibly other elevator tasks that block the elevator's arrival progress) can occur after the elevator has already arrived. They don't prevent the elevator from leaving and taking you to the next level, but it does seem unintended.
