Steps to Reproduce

  1. loaded into the game on spotter
  2. promoted spotter
  3. swapped bio booster decks of spotter guardian and falconeer
  4. swapped to slicer
  5. there's no button to unlock any perk slots

Explanation

not able to unlock any perk slots for the slicer, button just isnt there
