Incomplete Stone Requirement for Gotoorak Gatekeeper

Steps to Reproduce

1. First stone went as normal.
2. I went down when fighting the boss a 2nd time to unlock the 2nd stone.
3. Teammate finished killing the boss but died trying to throw 2nd stone into the pit.
4. Retcon self revive kicked in.
5. I threw the 2nd stone into the pit and boss just fully died.
6. You can see in screenshot the 3rd stone still in its altar thing while the bosses stone has fallen.

Explanation

only had to do 2/3 stones for gotoorak gatekeeper
