Steps to Reproduce

1. Have retcon as teammate and they are in jail.
2. Step inside elevator

Explanation

Elevator would not activate while inside of it while my teammate retcon was downed and in jail.

They claimed they just started receiving damage and said the grabber didn't grab them "they think". They did not know if they were in recall mode while this happened.

Also the connection was fairly unstable with frequent lagbacks but the retcon was host.
