Steps to Reproduce

  1. Have the shield regen legendary
  2. Get downed from fall damage (potentially against a wall)
  3. Press R while down animation is happening

Explanation

I was launched by the explosion from the final boss immunity phase, I took enough fall damage against the wall to die and got downed, I pressed R and I was able to control my character completely while downed. Healing above 0 reset my character to normal.
